Welcome to the CONNECTMED Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read and understand our terms and conditions of sale. Please read them carefully before placing your order and print a copy for future reference.
CONNECTMED is the registered trading name for CONNECTMED. Company Reg. No: 445347
These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders for goods received by CONNECTMED (the Company) for supply in the Republic of Ireland.
No other conditions whether or not inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions shall apply.

Availability of each item is displayed but if the Company is unable to dispatch an order because an item becomes 'out of stock' we will contact you forthwith.
The price for each item will be the price set out in the CONNECTMED current websites.
Prices are shown exclusive of VAT, other purchase tax duties, levies or charges payable by purchaser which shall be charged at the rate ruling at the day of dispatch. VAT at the current rate will be added to all invoices. CONNECTMED reserves the right to change any price without notice.
All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the prevailing standard rate.
Payment to CONNECTMED for goods purchased on this website is via PayPal* and credit or debit cards.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard credit cards. All our payment processing is handled securely by PayPal Payments and Wix payments.
*PayPal Payments is a leading European payment service provider based in Ireland, providing a broad range of secure payment services for merchants domestically and internationally and processing billions of euro per annum. When you pay with PayPal or debit or credit cards, your credit card number is not exposed to the Company.
Goods shall be delivered by the Company to the customer at a confirmed address supplied by the customer.
The Company provides free shipping for all orders over €500 (excluding VAT).
For orders below €500 (excluding VAT), a nominal shipping fee depense of weight (excluding VAT) will be charged.
For medical furniture delivery please note that additional delivery charges may apply.
The Company disclaims all responsibility for damage to goods once they have been dispatched from the Company premises.
For guaranteed next day delivery* orders must be placed before 12.00 pm (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed after 12.00 pm on a Friday will be processed and dispatched during the following working day.
Non stock items can take up to 10 working days for delivery.
*Next day delivery means delivery on the next working day (Monday to Friday) after day of purchase.
Delivery is only available on the Island of Ireland.

Any claim for incorrect delivery must be made within three working days of receipt of goods. Kindly e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us.
Upon approval, we will send you product return instructions via e-mail.
Goods cannot be returned without first notifying the Company. Only unopened and unused product will be accepted for refunds.
The goods must be in their original packaging and fit for resale. Returns will only be accepted with prior written permission of the Company.
This must be obtained within three working days of date of dispatch.
